The Mason Dixon Fandango EXT 2×12 Cabinet is open back extension cabinet, utilizing tung and groove Baltic Birch construction and delivers the bass, mid response and great sound you would expect from a 2×12” cab. What you wouldn’t expect is how Big this 2×12” sounds!

SPEAKER OPTIONS.

We have several perfect choices in speaker and even mix matching speakers. We have the HYBRID JBL D120 Speakers . The JBL D120 sound has been captured on many famous recordings from a diverse range of notable players. It features enormously detailed and complex overtones, a warm low-end, a famously rich vocal mid-range and a beautifully detailed top-end.

Our new Super 30 and Super 70 speakers are also great option for that detailed vintage British tone that stands out above the crowd. Vintage British tone with more punch and clarity than any typical British speaker and they are definitely louder.

Loaded with a 50 oz magnet and a 1.75” voice coil, this 30 watt rated speaker sings with a warm, fat tone that is rich in saturation and a definite volume boost for most amps. It's pronounced top-end bite brings clarity to your overall guitar and amplifier tone. The Super 30 is a true rocker.

As with all Mason Dixon cabinets, oversized 12-gauge speaker wire is soldered between the speaker and terminal, assuring you to get every ounce of valuable tone. The Mason Dixon EXT 2×12 is handcrafted with pride in the U.S.A. and designed to withstand the road.
