HP-90's

The P-90 pickup has produced some of the most iconic tones in music recording history. If you are searching for that fat woody tone with that raw edge and snarling midrange punch, then our HP-90 pickups are what you are looking for. The Historic Designed HP-90's respond with plenty of sustain and crisp highs and remains articulate with each note.

Because of the clarity created by the unique coil winding process and magnet structure, the HP pickup design works especially well with pedals allowing the low end to remain articulate and the high end to sing.

We wind these for increased output and use a dual magnet design that allows the strength of the pickup to be dialed in for any type of music, while displaying perfect tonal sensitivity for everything from blues and rock to jazz riffs. They are perfect as a vintage replacements and features vintage braided conductor wiring. We also fully wax pot them to eliminate any chance of unwanted microphonic feedback.
